Mode Data Generation

PsyDAQ-ENG is an engine automation system which has fully automatic sequence control and various data acquisition function.

Test engineers can use operating systems easily and make automatic control sequence. And specific sequence converter program is supplied together for example NRTC mode.

By using a standard operating system, PsyDAQ will be instantly familiar
to users, allowing the system to be used with very little training.

The system can be extended easily. It use extendable distributed I/O

I/O CONFIGURATION

  • PsyDAQ uses industrial standard distributed I/O. So system upgrade is easy. Users only attach new I/O module and reconfigure system using I/O configurator.

Channel Description

  • Analog inputs(voltage, current, RTD), output channels are scaled using calibration information. Users can define channel's name and alarm level. And digital I/O, thermocouple channels exist.

ALARM Management

  • Operator can configure alarm levels which is low and high warning level, alarm level. PsyDAQ will be controlled differently depending on warning or alarm condition. There are global limits and step defined limits.

Test Sequence Editor

  • PsyDAQ provides spreadsheet type sequence table that allows the user to create test sequences. The sequences can be run fully automatically. Each sequence have multiple alarm lists and event tables to control flow through the defined sequence.
